Job Summary
**This is a 3-6 month temporary assignment**
Real Chemistry is looking for a Business System Analyst (BSA) with Workday HCM knowledge who will be an integral part of the HR Systems team. The BSA will bring a technical understanding of Workday HCM solutions and design and be able to develop thorough documentation to support the analysis and workflows. This role will report directly in the Associate Director of HR Systems and will work closely with our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
This position will directly be responsible for the analysis and documentation of our Workday assessment. This person should have working knowledge of the business processes framework, condition rules, and reporting. They should also have experience in at least two of the following areas: Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Security and Reporting.
Responsibilities
Strong ability to form relationships and communicate amongst project stakeholders, business users and process owners
Partner directly with the HR Systems team to understand and develop business and system requirements
Deliver and maintain thorough documentation outlining requirements and design
Ability to create clear flowcharts and diagrams to represent workflows and data mappings
Analyze system user requirements and prepare project plans
Understand the flow of data through integrations and other system interactions
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of workday experience
1-2 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
