The Opportunity:
Restore has an exciting opportunity for an Commercial Insurance Business Analyst in its Austin, Texas headquarters. This person will be the first dedicated insurance analyst at Restore and will have impact on shaping how we work. The Insurance Analyst will be an integral role in a rapidly growing business with dual reporting lines with finance and legal leadership.
This role will be responsible for all facets of corporate insurance policy management partnering with Legal and Finance leadership in all respects. This role will facilitate and manage the franchise master insurance program, manage our corporate insurance policies, working with our third-party brokers in evaluating policy changes and evolutions. this role holder will gain/ grow valuable expertise in franchise system insurance (franchisee and franchisor), in-house corporate compliance needs, and master insurance programs.
Success depends on your ability to navigate the details in maintaining the integrity and business value connection to our insurance policy compliance. You have the ability to communicate effectively and to ensure high quality at the detailed level.
You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced growth environment. You can deliver insightful conclusions, strategic recommendations, and tactical execution to meet objectives. Your exceptional ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, will be critical as you interact with internal leaders.
You have a background in corporate insurance policies. You are comfortable managing within a fast-paced, high-growth business. You have a very strong aptitude for learning, can quickly grasp complex concepts and data and summarize for relevant key messages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain corporate insurance policies at all times for all locations, including timely application for insurance
• Possess comprehensive understanding of all policy coverages and be available as a resource for requests and inquiries related to coverage and Certificate of Insurance requests
• Partner with corporate insurance broker to advise and ensure insurance coverage meets preferred risk threshold
• Manage insurance verification platform and ensure all required entities provide appropriate certificates of insurance
• Implement and manage franchise Master Insurance Policy
  QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree with relevant corporate/ commercial insurance experience- analyst, or PM, advisor,... 2-3+ yrs experience.
• Skilled in reading/analysis and ability to synthesize a commercial insurance policy
• High attention to detail and advanced analytical capabilities--
• Effective and direct oral and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Skilled using spreadsheets, & MS Office suit
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and responsibilities
• Experience with Evident ID verification software is a huge plus, but not required.
• They will be working with the legal and finance teams
