Khoros is now seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to work closely with our global HR team and business leaders in building out a comprehensive compensation program. You will partner with cross-functional HR and business teams to design and execute job analysis and job architecture programs, analyze findings, and present compensation information used to enhance the organization’s understanding and use of compensation as part of Khoros’ total rewards program. In partnership with Finance, this role will lead Khoros’ merit cycles, manage our compensation plans, conduct benchmarking requests using our third-party compensation tools, and drive special projects related to compensation. 

Responsibilities

Some responsibilities include:

  • Creates and maintains job families, classifications, and salary scales
  • Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine FLSA classifications and appropriate salary range, using 3rd party compensation tools
  • Evaluates job levels and benchmarks using market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
  • Works with Talent Acquisition team and leaders to ensure positions are accurately matched in consideration of internal equity and external market
  • Provides a consultative approach to hiring managers and talent acquisition personnel to make informed data-based decisions in hiring 
  • Completes data reporting and annual salary survey submissions as required to access portal data
  • Conducts regular benchmarking for all global positions and presents results of changes in the job marketing for each Khoros location
  • Conducts regular data analysis for non-discrimination testing and retention risks
  • Partners with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to provide managers with compensation recommendations for employees changing positions, based on external and internal benchmarking 
  • Partners with Finance and Talent Acquisition Team to maintain compensation data for workforce planning
  • Partners with Finance to manage our merit and promotion cycles
  • Collaborates with Khoros Benefits team to align compensation and employee benefits data as part of overall Total Rewards program
  • Partners with HR system administrators to configure and maintain compensation structures (grade, level, bands) within Workday
  • Partners with Global HRBPs to lead compensation benchmarking and local analysis for international offices
  • Assists HRBP's with data reporting for Quarterly Talent Reviews and Board Planning materials

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university (or equivalent professional experience) 
  • Three years of professional experience in compensation, total rewards, or performing a similar function

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional experience utilizing Workday as a compensation system administrator
  • Professional experience building and leading compensation programs for a Saas, Technology, or similar organization 
  • Professional experience in employee benefits
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate into various formats applicable to  diverse audiences 
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
