Contract Analyst

Workrise is hiring a Contract Analyst that will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating customer contracts across various industries that Workrise supports. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has experience reviewing and administering contracts for a large organization.

What you’ll be doing:
- Review all incoming customer contracts to provide an initial analysis of the risk profile to an attorney of the Workrise legal team.
- Work cross-functionally with different operational stakeholders to insure negotiated contractual terms align with Workrise’s operational processes.
- Provide comments and redlines to customer contracts to reduce risk to the Workrise group.
- Negotiate directly with customers to finalize contractual terms.
- Control the administration of contracts through Workrise’s contracting system.
What you should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in reviewing contracts;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented;
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability;
- High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information;
- A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem solving skills, effective process evaluation, and delivery of high quality work;
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects with competing priorities
