Customer Operations Analyst
Who we’re looking for:
Modernize is looking for a driven, and confident Customer Operations Analyst to support data mining, cleaning, and analytics to drive our largest and highest revenue client partnerships. It’s not just an Account Manager role, you are responsible for strategically managing close relationships with top influencers and C-level executives. You will work collaboratively across internal departments to orchestrate the delivery and optimization of our services to an assigned portfolio of customers. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Modernize’s digital marketing and lead generation solutions consulting with your customers to develop ways to maximize desired outcomes, ensure ROI, and create high customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Data Guru:
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns across complex data sets
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Perform in-depth data analysis and investigation across the top customers to drive performance and revenue optimization: geographical changes, product changes etc.
Leverage Qliksense to develop ad-hoc reports using client data to support Enterprise team
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings in clear and concise manner
Customer Advocate and Collaborator, Team Player, Project Manager and culture fit.
Partner with Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to propel development initiatives through the pipeline
Create and project manage reporting and development JIRAs for Enterprise team
Work with management to develop and define new processes for data capture, cleansing and reporting
Work with management to prioritize workflow for the greatest revenue impact across Enterprise and Wholesale revenue channels
Communicate with technical stakeholders from Customer base to streamline reporting delivery and adherence
What you will need:
2-3 years of experience in data analytics role, supporting high priority initiatives with hard deadlines
Excellent data analysis and analytical skills with experience using business intelligence suite such as Tableau, Qlikview/Qliksense, strongly preferred
Expert in Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Startup experience highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or relevant field
Proven track record of executing complex analysis in a high pressure environment
Strong communication skills across stakeholders, including Director and Executives
Strong business acumen
Adaptable and even keeled
Detail and process oriented; an ability to effectively prioritize workload
Ability to thrive in an environment of change and uncertainty
