We are looking for an analyst to help solidify our data enablement for our Customer Experience and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will work on analyzing, optimizing and building our data insights for the entire customer lifecycle, in both Gainsight and Looker. You are driven to understand the "who, what, how, and why" in crafting and delivering measurable insights and strategies with data.

The day to day.

• Support cross-functional efforts across a variety of data and revenue levers from customer segmentation, communications, retention analytics, and sales/support enablement.

• Have the ability to see the big picture in terms of data and how it translates into outcomes for both external and internal customers.

• Develop new datasets, analytical models, approaches and measurements in support of business needs.

• Work directly with executives on helping them to understand our business and how to further support retention for the customer base and opportunities for future growth.

• Present routinely to senior leaders
