Data Analyst, Budget & Management, Security Customer Success
The Security Business Group Customer Success team is looking for a Budget and Management Data Analyst to partner with customer success leaders to help drive their business units forward based on data driven decisions. As a data analyst you will define, scope, investigate and solve meaningful business problems.
What you will do:
● Undertake data investigations by extracting, cleansing, combining, manipulating and analysing large datasets from multiple sources and presenting analytical findings.
● Primarily focus on budget management and analysis, headcount management, team capacity planning and organizational design.
● Contribute to key business decisions by providing data-backed insights derived from complex data investigations, data mining and modelling.
● Partner with various members of the CS leadership team to help them better understand their business.

Skills you have:
● Required:
○ Data analysis skills
○ Proven experience running budget and headcount planning exercises
○ Meaningful experience managing and providing insight into budget and headcount utilization
○ Intermediate understanding of statistics
○ Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
○ Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations
○ Stakeholder management skills
● Nice to have:
○ Experience with organizational design
○ SQL skills
○ Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau
