We are looking for a highly analytical and energetic problem solver to collect, manage, and understand Duck Camp’s data. This is a cross-functional role supporting all departments with analysis/dashboards requests and recommendations. This role will allow for a significant degree of autonomy in pursuit of high-level company goals.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Translating business problems/objectives into actionable requirements and trackable metrics to measure performance
• Discovering and understanding the correct data sources for a given analysis.
• Prioritization, support, and maintenance of all BI deliverables (i.e. dashboards, visualizations, reports, etc.)
• Daily integration monitoring & process improvements.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, manage escalations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identifying and reporting data quality issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a timely fashion.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS in a field that demonstrates competency for the role. i.e. computer science, social/physical sciences, math, engineering, statistics, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in the languages of relational database management, ETLs, and data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity or experience working with the following software and platforms are a huge plus:  Shopify, NetSuite, Snowflake, Xero, Matillion, Google Analytics.
• Previous eCommerce experience is a huge plus.
• Extensive Excel experience including pivot tables/reports, conditional formulas, formatting, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs.
• Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and architecture (data warehouses, data lakes, etc.)
