Responsible for the organization and flow of departmental and product data. Ensures data integrity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Ensures data is entered into hosting systems in accordance with maintenance schedule and policies. Serves as premier source for accurate, timely, relevant, and actionable information and analysis to affect operational decisions and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of WFM purchasing and merchandising processes to effectively support the macro space planning process.
  • Updates and maintains accurate Floor Plans by ensuring that the layouts are aligned to current state of the store.
  • Investigates misalignment of Planogram assignments and store scan data to ensure up-to-date representations on system maps
  • Build and maintain accurate micro and macro-article (fixture) data in all merchandising systems.
  • Resolves assigned issue tickets (via OrchardNow and internal tracker systems) in a timely fashion.
  • Develops effective cross-functional relationships with Regional, Global and third-party partners to resolve issues as needed.
  • Actively participate in the development of best practices to improve team efficiencies.
  • Responsible to support special projects to update Floor Plan or Planogram data as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented work habits.
  • Basic to intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Excellent visual, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma.
  • Space Planning/Floor Planning experience preferred (1 year)
