Responsible for executing Price and Promotion maintenance for Whole Foods Market stores; the integrity, accuracy, completeness & timeliness of that data as well as entry into hosting systems.

Essential Duties:

• Enters data for Whole Foods Market stores into hosting systems in accordance with the maintenance schedule and policies.
• Responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of complex point-of-sale promotions, regular price updates and temporary price reductions.
• Provides timely, complete, customer focused service to business partners
• Ensures accuracy and completeness through triage, follow through of work, and following audit processes
• Prioritizes tasks to meet all service level agreements and to align with the needs of the business
• Works efficiently, keeps up with workload, and meets deadlines
• Communicates effectively with business partners, ensuring accurate and efficient use of shared systems
• Working knowledge and understanding of hosting & downstream systems
• Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Microsoft Office, including Excel software knowledge and technical aptitude required.
• Comprehend, interpret, and analyze item/category information and pricing data.
• Embrace change with enthusiasm and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Effectively manage large volumes of information according to defined parameters and schedules
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interaction, meeting/group participation/presentation situations involving peers, partner teams, leaders and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work a flexible schedule including occasional nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 relevant functional experience.
