RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and then configure the Batch Import to provide the functionality and display of Account Balances and History Transactions
  • Problem solve routine to complex issues
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support to other team members and during the testing process
  • Create and implement tools that increase quality, security and productivity
  • Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Provide excellent customer service while communicating directly with customers as needed or as requested, by phone (preferred) or by email and case documentation
  • Modify software as necessary including, but not limited to, changing scripts, reviewing application logs and making necessary modifications in database tables to optimize the client’s production environment
  • Construct and schedule automated processes and create custom processing scripts
  • Manage multiple projects while regularly receiving escalated cases from management and prioritize accordingly
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
  • Follow internal change control process to implement any required product modifications
  • Contribute to a knowledge/FAQ database for supported software
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 years’ previous work experience in similar role
  • Intermediate MS SQL skills: Understanding of DB Design and TSQL query language as related to Enterprise software configuration, installation and debugging
  • Operation System, Hardware configuration and Network troubleshooting skills required with packet analysis valued
  • Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services
  • Some knowledge of HTML will be helpful but not required
  • Data migration experience a plus
  • VMware experience not required, but very valuable
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile platforms helpful
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for problem solving
  • Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A relentlessly positive disposition
  • Excellent people and teamwork skills
  • The ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
