eCommerce Analyst
Saatva is looking for a self-motivated eCommerce Digital Analyst to join our growing eCommerce organization. We are seeking an established digital analytics professional who can deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize Saatva.com, helping to solidify our commitment to making data driven decisions. We are looking for an individual with prior experience as a Digital or Web Analyst supporting a growing eCommerce business.
This role will reside within the Product Management team, reporting to the Director of Product Analytics. You will be working closely with our product managers to deliver actionable insights that influence the product roadmap and evaluate the performance of experience and feature deployments on an ongoing basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing analysis of product performance, customer pain points, and A/b test analysis
- Be proactive in curating analysis that will inform the digital product roadmap
- Partner with the UX research team to gather quantitative data for research studies
- Monitor engagement and conversion trends, escalating when those metrics are outside normal ranges
- Report on Key Results within the OKR framework
- Ensure the performance of A/B tests is tracked accurately
- Investigate/analyze metrics anomalies as they occur
- Participate in Product Team meetings to ensure insight-based decision-making in conjunction with quarterly plannings, sprints, and optimization and testing roadmap discussions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in direct to consumer eCommerce analytics
- Proficiency with Google Analytics & Tableau, our current analytics platforms
- Prior experience analyzing A/b tests and crafting clear & concise results documents
- Experience completing funnel analysis, deep diving into customer behavior throughout the journey and communication to stakeholder through high quality story-telling
- Strong product mindset and focus on actionable analytics: e.g. Ability to surface signals in our data and work with Product/Design/Engineering to transform these into concrete tests
- Ability to work independently with high-level direction and willingness to engage with subject matter experts across many disciplines
- Experience with GTM
- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Math or other quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Heap
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics
- Prior experience with behavioral analytics tools (ContentSquare, Glassbox, Tealeaf etc.)
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and writing performant queries
