FloSports is seeking to hire a Forecasting Analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Structure analysis making use of multiple data sources to predict new subscribers for rights opportunities 
• Create predictive models to forecast new business and drive strategic decision making
• Own ongoing collection, monitoring, analysis of new customer data 
• Assist with the analysis and monitoring of forecasting 
• Assist with critical analysis of KPIs, reconcile conflicts, and perform statistical analyses as necessary
• Live to be on the lookout for new ways to evaluate, measure and explain data 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 1-3 years working in Business Analysis or similar field 
• 4-year degree with significant coursework in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Excellent SQL skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Predictive modeling experience (Python) a plus
• Comfort working with unstructured data 
• Must have experience presenting data to a non-data audience
• Possess the ability and confidence to present to and influence senior executives 
• Highly organized, self-motivated and adaptable to change
• High analytical and strategic thinker
• Exceptionally detail oriented

BONUS POINTS:

• Master’s Degree 
• Experience with both SalesForce and working with Sales Teams 
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Periscope or Tableau
