Welcome to the Pre-sales Solution Architect Team! The mission of our team is to support the Sales Organization in communicating and demonstrating the technical value and capabilities of our AI-based products and solutions.  We do this through strategic messaging and delivering customer-facing demonstrations of the technical methodologies embedded in our software. As a pre-sales Solutions Architect (SA) you will use your technical acumen to discover the business use-case and validate the customer data and systems that will be supporting the solution. It is the SA's role to determine the technical viability of the data and scope the customer proposal appropriately to the needs and expectations of the customer.

As a Solution Architect - Developer you will develop and maintain software prototype demonstrations that will be shown to customers. Prototypes will leverage existing code bases and design elements but will include future-looking roadmap functionality that can be shown to customers for rapid market validation. This role reports to Sales but heavily interacts with the Product team with a focus on developing customer-facing demo assets and custom demo processes for the SA team.

 Join us in:

• Owning the demo assets and enhancing the customer experience by delivering compelling demos.
• Engaging with Product Management and Design Team to stay current on product roadmaps.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products.  
• Conducting demo training for internal stakeholders.
• Generating new datasets or manipulating existing datasets to tell compelling stories in the UI.
• Developing technical content to share across the SA team to enable them to use the demo assets and interact with the demo instances. 
• Keeping excellent documentation in Confluence.

• Experience
  • A BS degree in a technical discipline  -- or --  certificate and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with capabilities as a full-stack software developer with the ability to develop, customize, deploy, and maintain software prototypes.
  • Hands on experience with React, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python

It would be great if you had:

• Ability to analyze datasets in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience developing advanced analytic capabilities, interfacing with data systems, and delivering business intelligence.
• Hands on experience with cloud services from Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML and statistical concepts.
• Understanding of software delivery and familiarity with how applications are deployed in production.
