DESCRIPTION

EPAM’s Data & Analytics Partnership and Alliances Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining key strategic partner relationships with companies focused on modern data stacks (such as Snowflake and Databricks). The position will be based in North America, working closely with the Data Practice leadership and the Cloud organization. They will be expected to develop a well-established NA relationship while offering partner support globally and execute a partner strategy for 2021 and beyond.

The successful candidate should drive significant new qualified joint pipeline, increased brand credibility, and ultimately influence target revenue growth. This role will require a self-driven, experienced collaborator who has worked in Big Data, AI, Analytics and/or Cloud partnership and ideally has a network of contacts in the ecosystem. They will need to align closely with EPAM leadership, Data & Analytics practice, Cloud Organization, extended Alliance team, partner marketing, sales, account management, and delivery teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support, maintain and grow alliance relationship and status level with Data & Analytics partnerships (Snowflake, Databricks, Dremio, Collibra and others) globally, including managing senior stakeholders, and aligning with the global data and analytics practice and multi-cloud organization strategy
  • Develop and support overall global GTM strategy for Data & Analytics partners alongside the Cloud expert team and marketing
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical competencies and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans, ultimately opening up new pipeline opportunities
  • Align with EPAM solution experts in order to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
  • Set expectations and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue
  • Track successes and initiate joint customer stories
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events (when required)
  • Understand and manage partner’s deal registration and status evaluation criteria
  • Work with NA AWS and Cloud team to present Yearly, Quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams and run QBR with partners by region

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in Data, Analytics or Cloud space (experience is a must)
  • 7+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Some travel required
  • Understanding of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must
