The focus of the HR Data Analyst is to bring a highly effective data analytics approach to our hiring and recruitment efforts. We are looking for a HR Data Analyst to partner closely with the recruiting team across the company to identify data and insights that support our significant employee growth. This role will require strong project management skills, analytical capabilities and be able to inform by providing data-driven recommendations.
We are seeking someone who is not only passionate about data, reporting and analytics, but also someone who strives to use that information to provide strategic insight and value across the entire global company.
Basic Qualifications

  • People Analytics experience (working with organizational people data such as recruiting headcount, attrition, and sentiment to solve business needs)
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Ability to provide reports and develop recruitment metrics to monitor and evaluate recruitment efforts
  • Ability to analyze requirements and user stories to provide meaningful data visualizations and insights
  • Ability to generate actionable insights through the use of metrics, and dashboards to optimize the recruiting process
  • Ability to create goal tracking & reporting type dashboards
  • Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • BA/BS in a technical field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, engineering, math, statistics, or social sciences), or equivalent work experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience building data visualizations, business intelligence, and generating actionable insights or dashboards
  • Experience with Workday
  • 1-3 years of professional experience with a focus in operations or project management
  • An understanding of recruiting processes and analyzing success metrics
