What You'll Do:
LogicMonitor’s InfoSec Team is the backbone of trust that our customers depend on day after day. As a lynchpin role in our tight-knit team, the Security Analyst gets to wear multiple hats. As part of the security awareness program, you'll interface with customers and prospects as the face of LM's security program. You'll be instrumental in creating internal awareness material promoting security awareness. As part of our cyber support program, you'll be key in identifying and reporting areas of risk across the organization. You will drive analyzing the security risks of third parties and vendors, as well as manage them. There's no shortage of interesting projects that'll leverage your cybersecurity background, technical acumen, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Partner with our Sales & Customer Success organizations to represent LogicMonitor's security stance. Communicate with LM customers and prospects to complete risk assessments and RFPs, as well as providing security collateral and phone consultations as necessary.
- Lead our Communication & Training function to drive security awareness across the organization
- Partner with Procurement & IT organizations to conduct risk assessments of our digital suppliers and map handling of sensitive and regulated data.
- 2+ years experience in an information technology field: IT operations, software development, or information security
- You're familiar with in cybersecurity tools of the trade: access management systems, intrusion detection & prevention systems, endpoint detection & response, secure remote access, etc.
- You have a basic familiarity with security compliance and regulatory standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, etc.
- You've been exposed to of risk management and compliance processes & functions
