Job Description:
Manage replenishment buying across multiple brands and product categories.Manage inventory flow for all reorders based on established OTB and inventory goals.Preform daily reviews of inventory and manage replenishment orders, ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.Create and ensure all purchase orders are submitted, working closely with product development to track timely inbound shipments.Partner with Merchandising to project, forecast, and strategize to increase profitability and achieve inventory goals.Create reports from multiple data sets to analyze product sales and inventory, ensuring key product remain in-stock.Analyze historical data and in-season sales to to identify risks and opportunities by product and category.Identify slow moving product early and react quickly to avoid excess inventory.Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising to build a comprehensive assortment, based on hindsight analysis.Communicates product status to merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams.Identify areas for improvement, design and develop new reporting processes to drive efficiency in reorder process.
Requirements:
3+ years of buying experience with a focus in replenishment and inventory management.Excellent Excel skills, you will be tested on this.Strong statistical, analytical, and problem solving skills.E-commerce experience preferred but not necessary.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in (sometimes) utter chaos.Commitment to continually improving us, yourself and the world.
