About the Position

Do you want to work at a high-growth company where your impact is seen and rewarded? Are you looking for the autonomy to do your best work? We are seeking a Manager, Analytics & Insights to lead our reporting and analysis team for the Go-To-Market organization.

This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. As a member of the Revenue Operations Organization, you will be responsible for measuring and supporting the Marketing, Sales & Partnerships organizations with actionable reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Change the business with compelling analysis
• Leading and coaching a team of analysts to support multiple business units across the company
• Architect the source of truth for reporting and analysis in Looker. Empower anyone in the business to self-serve and make smarter decisions faster. You enable others with the information they need to succeed
• Partner with business owners make intelligent business decisions with supporting data. Identify growth/optimization opportunities and user pain points, evaluate new initiatives and recommend changes
• Uncover hidden value that others would overlook buried in our raw data with models and frameworks 
• Collaborate with Systems & Data Engineering to define business requirements for data transformations 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant, professional work experience at a B2B SaaS company including 2 years of managing a high performing team in a fast paced environment. 
• Experience in data mining, cohort analysis, and strong knowledge of quantitative methods (statistics, machine learning, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of key SaaS metrics for Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Strong business acumen and ability to effectively and concisely communicate complex analysis as actionable insights
• Expert with Excel, SQL and creating impactful data visualizations in BI tools
