EPAM Data Practice is looking for Managing Principal, Data and Analytics Consulting. Senior data professional, visionary, technologist and business executive who can help us to take our Data Consulting service in North America to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reporting to Head of Data and Analytics Solution practice, lead North American Data and Analytics consulting team, including commercial responsibilities, utilization and hiring decisions
• In close collaboration with Account Management and Business Development teams, drive Data consulting service offerings development and go to market strategy
• Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Data opportunities, responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals
• Act as principal engagement manager for a portfolio of strategic client accounts
• Mentor and coach consulting team members

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of setting up and growing global Data & Analytics team with tier 1 technology, digital or business consulting organisations
• Proven track record in senior stakeholder management and customer engagement with ability to engage across all levels
• Confident in expressing points-of-view, making recommendations, and presenting analysis and recommendations at Enterprise level
• Primary career focus on some or all areas of Data & Analytics, such as Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Data Management, Data Storage, Data science, computer vision, predictive analytics, Semantic search & text analytics (NLP), and Data Visualization
