Description
EPAM Data Practice is looking for a Principal Data and Analytics Consultants with a strong Life Sciences background, who can help our customers create information strategies, design best-in-class data platforms, and support data-driven transformation of customer enterprises. We are passionate about delivering value from data and are searching for people with the same mindset to join our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Engage with customer stakeholders to discover Data & Analytics opportunities and pain points
  • Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery and the quality of the output
  • Lead and challenge team members and customers to create great strategies and solutions
  • Act as a data advocate and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks
  • Mentor and coach clients and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed data strategy
  • Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for a clean handover to implementation
  • Assemble a team of EPAM analysts & engineers and deliver a proof of concept or MVP to drive the point home and ensure a long-lasting and fruitful customer relationship
  • Deliver clear and consistent communications within projects and across stakeholders of all levels
  • Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components
  • Build and manage customer relationships
  • Design and drive stakeholder workshops/interviews to define and prioritize the client's strategic and immediate needs
  • Own and actively contribute to the project consulting deliverables, such as vision statements, assessment deck and roadmaps
  • Work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design the architecture that should address strategic business needs, assessing options
  • Own and drive Data & Analytics presale activities in the Life Sciences/Clinical programs
  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
  • Creating and presenting proposals
  • Contribute to data competency best practice

ADDITIONAL

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
