Operations Management Information Analyst
About the Role:
As a Management Information Analyst, you will support Self’s community in reaching their financial and credit goals. You will report to the Management Information Analyst to provide meaningful reporting and find ways to streamline processes in operations. You will assist in the continued development of our operational dashboards and capacity models that drive business intelligence. You will help ensure the accuracy of reports created and assist in finding ways to improve the datascape to ensure data integrity. You will assist in the creation of Workforce Management reports and capacity models with the Management Information Analyst.
Requirements
Candidate Description:
You are smart, organized, upbeat, driven and self-directed. You appreciate working in a fast paced, collaborative environment that rewards ability and results. You are concise, and direct – and flourish in a challenging environment that offers the opportunity to test your problem-solving skills. You have an ability to write SQL and confidently work in Redshift and Tableau. You can take direction and ask questions that drive results in delivering operational reporting to leadership.
Activities and Responsibilities:
Develop SQL to solve business problems.
Work closely with the Management Information Analyst to provide meaningful insight through SQL, Tableau and internal reporting sources.
Work to validate data to ensure data integrity.
Deliver results in a timely manner.
Create and maintain Workforce Management reports and capacity models
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly team reports of operational health and volume to inform operational leadership.
What you will need...
4-6 years technical experience
1-2 years Financial Call center Workforce Management
Deep understanding of data and SQL.
Enthusiastic and “self-starter” approach.
A process driven mindset; you can identify issues of all kinds and offer solid solutions.
Strong written, verbal, and organization skills.
Experience with analytics is a plus.
