  • Hold delivery teams accountable for their commitments and quality standards
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure change management plans are in place for initiatives
  • Help to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with stakeholders and delivery teams to resolve any identified issues
  • Assist in ensuring that project and business process documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Review issues reported in the production environment and work with delivery teams to resolve them

Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with agile product lifecycle tools (e.g. VersionOne, Jira, etc.)
  • Proven success in designing business processes to support a product vision and writing user stories that detail the product
  • Demonstrated participation in cross-functional projects and coordination of cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional written skills, ranging from plain-language user stories to complex process documentation
  • Proven success in building strong relationships, clarifying stakeholder expectations, and being able to communicate at all levels concisely and accurately
  • Experience with conflict resolution, scope management and issue & risk tracking

  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
  • Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Consulting or start up experience
  • CSPO, CSM, PMP, Six Sigma or Lean certifications
