We're looking for an Operations Analyst Assistant. You'll be a full-time remote member of our Care@Work team, Care.com's fastest growing business unit. This is an entry-level position, supporting the Backup Care Operations management team.
What Your Days Will be Like:
- Meet with our Business Intelligence team and business partners to understand our KPIs
- Support and evaluate the team that provides customer service for employees of enterprise clients who need temporary or occasional care for their children or adult loved ones.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Forecasting the staffing needs of the servicing team
- Creating, updating, and maintaining the schedule for the Backup Care Specialists
- Collecting and interpreting time study data
- Helping to develop and maintain the team’s performance standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma required, associate of bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Experience with Five9 Workforce Management or similar tools a plus
