About the role

Juniper Square is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join its Solutions team. This role is client facing and plays a critical part in helping investment managers report to their investors via Juniper Square and is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of General Partners (GP's). Team members in this position will also work cross functionally with Juniper Square’s internal Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners account teams and product operations team, forming a deep understanding of Juniper Square’s technology-first reporting process and the mechanics of private equity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train GPs on Juniper Square’s data submission process and technology
• Manage a reporting pipeline, following up with GP's to ensure completion and recording key milestones and data in Juniper Square’s CRM
• Initiate conversations to learn more about GP's and escalate to Account Managers and Account Executives as necessary
• Provide basic user support to GP staff members
• Provide internal sales support, including research and demo material creation

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and responsiveness
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks on strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years professional experience, preferably in finance (new graduates with practical experience will be considered)
• Client facing experience, preferably with external senior leadership
• Sales support or sales coordination experience is a plus (ability to route buying signals to sales team)
• Knowledge of private equity fundamentals is a plus
• Proficiency with Salesforce a plus
• B.A. or B.S. degree
