Sales Operations Analyst - BI (Remote)
About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Development Operations team. This role will be responsible for using various data science tools to help generate models from which the broader team will analyze and base actionable, insightful decisions. This role will work closely with Senior Leadership and is an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career with CrowdStrike as we expand rapidly.
Responsibilities & Projects To Include:
Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the SDR Organization
Work with the models and datasets based on ongoing leadership needs
Work with key stakeholders to identify and leverage KPI metrics reporting to optimize business strategies
Define and analyze advanced, custom reporting where needed
Help build predictive models to increase and optimize forecasting accuracy
Support the rapid growth and expansion of an industry-leading SDR Organization and its supporting teams
Evaluate new and existing tools to determine ROI and maximize value from vendors
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
1-3 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Business Intelligence-related role
Salesforce.com power user
MS Excel, Google Sheets power user
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills
Recommended Experience:
Experience with statistical machine learning models (basic understanding)
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (DOMO, Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
Asana or other project management software
Knowledge of statistical programming language(s) (Python, SQL, JavaScript, R, etc.)
Visio or other diagraming software
