WP Engine is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help support our growing and ambitious Sales organization. You will focus on sales analytics to understand the state of our sales organization and help with future strategy. The questions you help to answer will be instrumental in accelerating top line growth for the company.
What is Cool About This Job
The Sales Operations position will work with our executives, finance team, and sales leaders to arm the organization with analysis to make guided decisions. You will perform analysis on a large range of topics related to our deals, our customers, our sales rep performance, planning models, commissions and much more.

• Think strategically about metrics and processes needed to support sales.
• Work closely with our sales professionals and sales leadership team and see what makes revenue happen in a fast-growing tech business.

The Day to Day
Our Sales Operations team supports our global operation and works on a wide range of initiatives. Expect to be involved in a diverse set of projects and analyses. Some of the things you might be working on include:

• Identify trends and patterns in our transactional data and bringing insights to our sales leaders
• Pull together leadership facing analytics for our CEO, COO, VP of Revenue Operations, and others
• Partner with finance and sales leaders forecasting the business to predict future growth
• Develop and report regularly on sales metrics and develop sales models

• Participate in yearly planning, quota setting, and other large projects
• Building and Managing a set of key reports and processes

Your Expertise and Passion

• Degree, Major or Minor: Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Communications
• Experience in an analyst role working with various data sources
• Strong knowledge of business processes and strategy
• Salesforce and SQL experience a strong plus
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Lookers, Domo, Power BI
