WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Works in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, drive key decisions and resolve issues
• Works with team of business analysts, oversees product backlog management together with the Product owner
• Collaborates with Solution Architects, UX/Design experts, Delivery team
• Participates in all phases of the project, starting from discovery to UAT and production
• Elaborates customer requirements, create user stories in BDD format as well as other artifacts, such as Workflow diagrams, Metadata spreadsheets, etc
• Participates in customer’s workshops on-site and remotely
• Facilitates sprint demonstrations
• Organizes preparation and may actively participate in creation of user documentation, hands-on materials, user trainings

REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, customization and/or delivery of software applications as a Business Analyst or System/Functional Analyst
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering WCMS/DAM or E-commerce solutions
• Business process definition and modeling in various notations
• Hands-on experience in setting up requirements managements processes in Agile environment
• Experience in leading teams of 3+ business analysts

NICE TO HAVE

• Adobe AEM experience is desired
• BDD experience is desired
• Strong technical skills (data models, integrations, mapping), understanding of software development life cycle and different methodologies, including advantages and weak points
• Ability to work independently as well as work with teams
