PrecisionLender, a Q2 Company is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Analyst to serve in a leadership capacity across the Strategic Innovation team. This role will provide support to the Delivery and Professional Services groups that implement the PrecisionLender platform modules and provide additional professional services to ensure success throughout the entire client life cycle. Critical skills for this role include the ability to work independently, to collaborate across multiple teams and to move client success activities through the people, process, technology continuum as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Responsibilities:

As part of our Strategic Innovation team, the Sr. Business Operations Analyst supports the various client experience, delivery and professional services teams across all segments of the PrecisionLender business. In this role, it is your responsibility to know our products, processes and service offerings as well as understand the nuances of how different client segments may effectively leverage them most effectively.

  • Supports strategic planning for the team by working with leadership to define and prioritize initiatives, determine resourcing needs and develop process, documentation and timeline to ensure success.

  • Responsible for partnering with the analytics team to produce Monthly Metrics reporting; including review for completeness, coordination of reviews and support of periodic updates as business goals and objectives evolve. 

  • Has ownership of development and ongoing maintenance of implementation documentation including: 

    • New modules created

    • Professional Services offerings that are repeated (ie Competitive Analytics)

    • Standard implementation documentation (updated as necessary for Tier 1 / ENT implementations)

  • Accountable for partnering with CEM teams for collection, review and monthly client reporting including:

    • Implementation Status Report (Red / Yellow Monitoring); 

    • Client Watch List

    • Time To Revenue Report

    • Client Project Time Tracking 

  • Responsible for ongoing review, updates and recommended enhancements to existing team processes including time tracking, capacity planning, monthly reporting to ensure relevance as priorities shift

  • Own and update PL specific onboarding documentation for new team members on Strategic Innovation team (helping adjust per team, based on hire)

  • Expand support to ensure scalability of professional services offerings including creation of template library for SOWs and development best practices

  • Serve as administrator for critical systems/platforms leveraged by the Innovation team including Jira, Salesforce, Trello 

  • Provide support as needed for team routines and activities (e.g. solicit agenda topics)

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 6-8+ years of experience working directly with internal or external clients to solve problems, provide guidance and facilitate conversations that enhance client relationships, build business processes and expand revenue opportunities. 

  • Experience with technology implementations and how various functional roles work together to make them successful (e.g. development, project management, testing, product management, professional services, etc.)

  • Proven relationship-building skills and experience maneuvering internally within a large corporation and externally within a client organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented with an emphasis on organization and process improvement

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Embraces change and can adapt quickly as priorities shift

  • Focuses on listening more than talking and enjoys truly connecting with people

  • Ability to thrive in an environment where no two days look alike and there is always a problem to be solved

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred.
