We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team and to help us scale our data visibility. You will work cross-functionally with all departments to provide teams with real time data insights you create from many streams of information. Your product is knowledge about our customers and products that empowers all departments to make informed decisions to improve the business. What you’ll get to do

• Drive the full cycle of analytics: requirement gathering, aggregation, data modeling, visualization, analysis, and providing actionable insights
• Form hypotheses, create meaningful metrics and build statistical models to drive business impact
• Work with stakeholders across the company on all levels to define, measure, and optimize business KPIs
• Develop reusable, real-time, and performant data visualizations and dashboards for different business units so they can keep their eye on the prize
• Work with other Data engineers to design and implement performant, reusable, and scalable data models (SQL/dbt) to consolidate data from many sources and provide a singular source of truth for end users
• Champion data quality and create automated tests to improve auditing capabilities
• Use your data insights to reveal operational inefficiencies and uncover hidden problems beyond what is obvious
• Tackle exciting challenges related to Customer Acquisition, Retention, Churn, Sales Ops, Product Experimentation, LTV, and much more

What success looks like in this role

• 4+ years of Analytics Experience, preferably in a fast-paced high-growth company
• Expert in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake) to analyze and transform data
• Mastery of at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Mode, or equivalent)
• Hands-on data modeling (Experience with dbt and/or Airflow is a plus)
• Fluency with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Sumifs, etc)
• Experience with cohort, funnel, LTV analyses and A/B tests
• Ability to mentor and train future analysts and business partners
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and methodologies with stakeholders across the business and experience presenting to senior management
• Must be intellectually curious, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with a scripting language (Python or R) and Machine Learning is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or similar)
