How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Work-life balance at Dealerware is awesome! Even as an entry-level engineer, I’ve been able to take advantage of the unlimited PTO policy to take a break whenever I need to. The culture here is relaxed and nobody pushes you to work outside regular hours except in extreme circumstances, like a bug that cannot wait until the next work day.

What is your vision for the company?

My vision for the company is to completely turn the car rental industry on its head by enabling dealerships through our Rental at the Dealership features to rent out their own cars. I see a future where if you are a fan of a particular luxury car brand, you don't have to settle for renting a car that you don't enjoy driving.
