Integrated Intelligence (or I2) is the practice formerly known as Analytics.  We changed our name to more closely identify with the innovative work we do beyond just data analysis.  We integrate across data sources, functions, methodologies, and technology, and we’re providing intelligence because our data leads to insights and our insights lead to action.  And when you put those two things together, we are exponentially better at helping our clients make critical business decisions.

As Senior Manager, Global and Multilingual Research within our Integrated Intelligence team, you will be responsible for managing 2-3 analytics projects and ad-hoc requests with some support from senior levels of management. You are proficient in various analytics and/or primary research offerings and measurement, and have marketing/communications expertise. You can brainstorm, providing actionable insights and recommendations for clients.  You are a native or professional fluent in any non-English language(s).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage 2-3 ongoing global analytics reports across disease, treatment, or healthcare spaces
  • Provide strategic day-to-day analytics/insights management for clients
  • Works independently, completes projects to client-ready state in partnership with account and client teams
  • Manage up well to engage senior management/executive sponsors appropriately
  • Performs English and non-English qualitative and quantitative analysis and contributes actionable insights and recommendations for clients
  • Creates comprehensive analytics reports for clients that provide insightful and actionable insights that inform marketing, strategy, positioning, content, and other brand and corporate initiatives
  • Develops custom metrics or analytical approaches for client
  • Collaborate on internal initiatives to help grow and scale our global analytics practice

What you’ll bring

  • College degree (BA or equivalent), with relevant concentration such as market research, marketing, communications, or social sciences
  • 3-5 years of experience with majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research
  • Experience working with ex-US clients preferred
  • People management experience preferred
  • Native or professional fluency in any non-English language(s)
