The People Analytics Director role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all reporting/analytics, dashboards and creating stories for various levels of the organization. This role will have a solid understanding of all data points and measures and proactively gather requirements, synthesize, and consult on information and data. This is a new position on the People Team and if you love the idea of creating something new, come help us in our mission to support social good.

Responsibilities & Requirements
What You'll Do
- Create and manage quality people data and metrics to guide business decisions
- Provide insights and develop recommendations for leveraging our system to increase efficiency, automation and scale
- Assists with business process improvement, design, and problem solving
- Responsible for support of all People Analytics requests, support demand management of standard and adhoc requests
- Employee sentiment / eNPS surveys
- Data driven insights, analytics and ELT / HRBP consulting
- Designs, builds and owns dashboards, scorecards, and reports that will enable the business to improve workforce capacity and capability
- Board preparation (organization health)
What Sets You Apart
- Influence senior leaders with a clear and compelling POV grounded in analytic insight and ES strategy
- Expert ability to translate business needs and problems into solutions
- Sophisticated ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey business priorities and complex topics in an easily digested way
- Consistent track record in strategic problem framing, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions
- Large, multi-business/enterprise initiative experience and experience with vertical and horizontal leadership
- Organizational competence with regards to making timely and effective decisions and produce results through strategic planning and thought
- Proven track record to drive multi-layered and cross-functional initiatives
- Minimum 6 years experience in an Analytical, Finance, Research, or Human Resources related field
