All W2O employees are working remote for the rest of 2020; once the offices re-open, this position can work in our offices, including New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX.

The Senior Manager is responsible for managing 2-3 analytics projects with some support from senior levels of management. This individual is proficient in various analytics offerings and has moderate industry expertise in healthcare. They can brainstorm/provide actionable insights and recommendations for top tier pharmaceutical clients. Day-to-day activities include project management, qualitative and quantitative analysis leveraging social media and digital data, and creating comprehensive reports on social media conversations, search, and digital landscapes as they relate to healthcare stakeholders, disease, or treatment spaces.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, organize and code data effectively and efficiently
  • Identify trends in social media and search-based data aligned to healthcare stakeholders and pharmaceutical business needs
  • Develop competitive assessments of social media and digital channels
  • Become proficient in proprietary tools that allow for agile and efficient data management and assessment
  • Marry social media, digital and offline datasets to develop cohesive stories around healthcare stakeholder communities and influencers
  • Create comprehensive social media, search and digital  analytics reports for pharmaceutical clients that provide insightful and actionable insights that inform marketing, strategy, positioning, content, and other brand initiatives
  • Manage 2-3 ongoing analytics reports across disease, treatment, or healthcare spaces
  • Present research reports to clients in person or over the phone
  • Delegate tasks, train and manage junior members of the team

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Competency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • College degree (BA or equivalent), with relevant concentration such as market research, marketing, communications, or social sciences
  • Experience managing or mentoring others
