Senior Technical Business Analyst
Q2 is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst that is focused on supporting our core integrations engineering team by delivering high quality, products and features. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will work closely with product owners, the development team, sales, internal stakeholders and external clients to analyze and define requirements for core integrations and back-end solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and development teams to consume, digest, and map web service calls (APIs) and data to product functionality
- Discuss details of integrations and data mapping from interface specifications with developers, customers, vendors
- Test connectivity to network services and vendor environments
- Test API calls with tools like SoapUI or Postman
- Gather specifications from clients and third party vendors
- Review vendor updates, documentation and release notes
- Provide direct input to the Product Owner for creating items in the Product Backlog
- Effectively communicate with management and project teams across the organization
- Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practices
- Ensure all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 8+ years technical business analyst experience, or equivalent
- 8+ years Financial Industry experience with in-depth banking knowledge
- 3+ years experience working with and contributing to a mature Agile software development team
- Team-oriented but able to work autonomously, with a proven ability to thrive at multi-tasking
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and deduce specific calls and related data in API documentation
- Comfortable with XML and JSON
- Possess a strong understanding of APIs, web service specifications, and data mapping
- Experience with SOAP and REST web services
- Experience with Microsoft SQL
- Experience with MS Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent software
