You are an exceptional digital analytics talent who enjoys delving into the numbers to solve complex problems. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Service and Sales teams. You are highly skilled at pulling Ad campaign data, identifying key performance metrics and uncovering high-quality, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. You are innately curious and passionate about finding patterns in the data that help to uncover optimization opportunities and inform strategy for digital marketers. You are able to communicate data-driven recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion. 

A day in the life

  • Lead a team of Digital Strategists who are focused both on pre-sales positioning of Postclick and post sales reporting, analytics, and results. 
  • Help drive new and innovative ways to position Postclick to both existing clients and prospective ones. 
  • Own the solution consulting process and look for opportunities to drive efficiencies throughout the value chain; prospect to client. 
  • Responsible for defining reporting standards for internal stakeholders and designing solutions to automate analytics processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Own the aggregation and presentation of performance metrics for the Postclick business (CVR, ROAS, CPA) and our portfolio of Professional Services clients.
  • Translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for our Professional Services clients and internal stakeholders with varying degrees of analytics expertise
  • Standardize and maintain our approach to collecting KPIs internally and across our portfolio of clients
  • Partner with the product team to identify and prioritize analytics requirements for our proprietary Postclick platform
  • Create impactful written and verbal recommendations for CRO Strategy Managers and clients related to reporting and analytics
  • Partner closely with CRO Managers, developers, and clients to ensure metrics are set up correctly and pages tagged properly
  • Manage a small team of digital analysts supporting existing clients and data discovery utilized by our internal Sales team
  • As needed, present strategic and tactical recommendations to prospective clients on how to drive conversion lifts in digital advertising campaigns


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 5+ years in analytics supporting digital marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing activities
  • Sales and Marketing experience at a tech enabled and/or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, digital personalization, and event tracking for websites or digital Ad campaigns.
  • Data driven storytelling skills. You create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels and their role in the purchase cycle.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Google, and other Social Channel advertising platforms
  • A solid foundation in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and predictive analytics
  • Experience in Google Tag Manager, Visual Website Optimizer, and Hotjar a plus
  • Some programming experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong critical thinking, consultative, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to understand new technologies quickly and comprehensively.
  • Experience working at a rapidly growing global tech start-up desired
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role inside a digital agency or consultancy
  • Comfortable presenting to digital leaders at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • A growth mindset with strong critical thinking, consultative, and analytical abilities; you’re always thinking about ways to improve internal processes and outcomes for our clients.

Location

We are growing the Austin location to about 50 employees by the end of this year and we are looking for a brand-new office space in central Austin.
