Education:• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) required; experience with Epic EHR preferred• Experience with clinical trials management systems (preferred)• Experience in clinical or clinical research setting (preferred)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Days
What You Will Do
Lead assigned staff in performing revenue cycle operations activities or tasks.
- Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
- Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
- Assign, monitor, and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
- Oversee and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience preferred.
