The day to day

• Provide team leadership and management for WP Engine's Finance business intelligence (FiBi) team
• Lead implementation of technology roadmap for all business intelligence teams across WP Engine
• Orchestrate and lead complex multi-functional data improvement initiatives and move enterprise data architecture to the Google Cloud Platform
• Be a domain authority in product data and analytics across the organization, partnering with corporate security for risk assessment to ensure compliance to data policy and regulations
• Work closely with internal partners to implement data pipelines, turning business requirements into technical requirements and leading your team's data skills and resources to complete requirements
• Direct a team of data professionals to deliver strategic data objectives as well as hire, train, develop, and promote team members
• Collaborate with leaders across WP Engine to influence decisions and outcomes through the use of data
• Own the help desk queue for all data improvement questions for Accounting and Finance
• Other duties as assigned

Your expertise and passion

• 5+ year's experience in a SaaS business environment and undergraduate degree in Math or Sciences; MBA Preferred
• Solid project management skills of leading technical multi-team projects to completion
• Proven track record of never being satisfied with status quo and driving continuous improvement
• 3+ years of SQL and writing queries to support reporting
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools e.g. Domo, Looker, Tableau etc.
• Superb communication and presentation skills
