As our Workday Analyst, you will support the People team in ongoing HRIS system management. You are an expert in Workday and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for all Workday related questions for employees and the People team. You will also support People-related programs involving compensation, market data collection, salary review projects, and equity projects.


This role is responsible for performing system enhancements, maintenance and modification of the existing HCM configuration, testing and data integrity. You will partner with the People Ops team on a wide variety of initiatives in Workday, reviewing business processes, current system configuration and configuring HCM features for all of our offices. The role is also responsible for compensation analytics, including semi-annual salary reviews, equity usage analysis and recommendations, etc.

 

What you will do:

  • Provide analytical data support for the People Ops team
  • Work closely with People Ops team, Payroll, Finance and IT on all employee-related program design and implementation
  • Be a key partner in developing a set of metrics to measure the health of our workforce and HR functions
  • Respond to all Workday related questions and requests from employees
  • Support multiple integrations and file transfers with external benefit providers
  • Help develop system training material and business process documentation
  • Review, analyze and recommend metrics for reporting employee related information
  • Oversee compensation analytics and project management of comp programs
  • Implement new functionality and modules in Workday
  • Execute mass loading of data through Workday EIB
  • Enter and maintain data integrity of all employee information in Workday


What you have done:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Workday
  • Experience with data analytics, reading and making recommendations based on analysis
  • Project management experience, taking a concept from ideation through execution alongside other team members
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop complex reports using functions, formulas, and macros
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
