As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be a primary stakeholder for marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline and revenue opportunities for NSS Labs. You will drive both execution and operations, and work collaboratively with the internal teams, including: corporate marketing, product marketing, and internal services organizations to achieve lead and pipeline development goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design lead generation and nurturing programs, lead scoring, and progressive profiling initiatives
  • Build campaigns and lead nurturing programs using Pardot; set up and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, forms creation, email campaigns and lead scoring rules
  • Understand segmentation best practices for efficient and effective campaign targeting
  • Deploy a portfolio of smart online marketing lead generation programs
  • Create and maintain a marketing reporting dashboard to continuously refine and improve lead generation efforts that support data-driven marketing decisions
  • Distill data from analytics and implement improvements to lead generation programs
  • Perform regular tracking of marketing performance. Integrate recommendations into the “Design” phase above and continuously improve our engine. Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Work with lead qualification team for sales enablement

 Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B demand generation marketing 
  • Prefer exoerience with technical products  
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot preferred
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Critical thinker with proven ability to understand industry concepts and product information, then transform into compelling campaigns
  • Team player with strong communication skills a must
  • Industry experience in latest demand generation techniques, including metrics and measurement, nurture strategies, digital, online and live events
  • Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative digital marketing strategies and execution
  • Experience with SaaS solutions marketing within the enterprise market preferred
  • Experience driving inbound lead generation through company and third-party sites, social media, content syndication, resulting in significant business impact
