We are seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to work closely with our Art Director to execute various brand visions through web, print, email, and social. This is a Full-Time position.
With our recently announced $66 million Series B investment from Spectrum Equity, the time is now to join team Membersy!
As an Associate Graphic Designer at Membersy, you will:

• • Create all the print designs: flyers, merch, brochures, business cards, etc .
  • Design large scale, business critical projects from concept to completion
  • Create assets for email, web pages, and social mediaEnsure that all work aligns with our clients' brand guidelines
  • Assist in upkeep of client brand profiles and asset organization
  • Interpret project briefs to meet clients' needs
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and clearly communicate around projects
  • Keep up with current design and industry trends

What we are looking for in a highly qualified candidate:

• • Strong conceptual design skills (Portfolio required)
  • Understanding of key design principles such as typographical hierarchy, alignment, white space, etc.
  • Ability to be consistent in design style based on brand guidelines
  • Ability to adapt your design style to fit multiple brandsExcels in collaborative environments
  • Passion for tech and innovationClear and concise communicator
  • Ability to manage time well to complete assigned tasks by deadline
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Creative and quick problem-solving skills
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)
  • At least 1-year work experience OR equivalent combination of education and freelance experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Photography/video/animation skills preferred
  • Must reside in the great Austin metro area
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship
