About The Opportunity

Cloudflare is looking for an experienced Designer to join the Brand Design Team within the Cloudflare marketing team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing designs for campaigns with multiple concepts, following through with stakeholder requests, and producing designs for tradeshows, events, signage, online banner ads, and video assets, etc. You will collaborate closely with the Design Manager for Global Campaigns on creative deliverables, bounce ideas to enhance creative/design, and take projects from start to finish.

You are excited to work with many stakeholders across the organization to produce creative designs that speak to our audience. You are someone who is continuing to develop their craft and can juggle multiple moving parts for a number of projects. 

We’re Excited About You Because You Have

  • 5–8 years experience designing for an agency and/or in-house design team, with a preferable focus on campaigns, tradeshow/experiential event experience, creating icons/illustrations, producing online ads, storyboards for animation; plus if your experience has been on an enterprise or B2B focused marketing team
  • Strong ability to create icons and illustrations that align with the brand
  • Strong skills in producing both print and digital assets
  • Experience working on campaigns under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present work to the team
  • Strong attention to detail while working under tight deadlines 
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of work across different mediums; emphasis on design that demonstrates successful event and campaign creative work, icons and illustrations, online ads, and video assets. A portfolio link must be submitted with your application
  • Experience maintaining brand asset libraries, so that the system can scale globally 

What You Will Do

  • Design and build materials to support the Campaign channel. Assets include: tradeshow booth graphics, signage, mockups, and assets for the U.S, EMEA, and APAC teams, online ads for the Demand Gen and Events teams, graphics needed for video content including storyboards for animation, etc.   
  • Create illustrations that align with the brand while pushing the boundaries of the current standards
  • Brainstorm ideas and work closely with the Global Campaigns Design Manager to work effectively and openly about the creative to further develop the concept-driven campaigns
  • Refine designs based on constructive feedback from Design Leads and creative partners and stakeholders
  • Grow and collaborate with members within the Brand Design Team and stakeholders
  • Participate in creative critique meetings that result in high-quality outputs across the entire Brand Design team, keeping the bar for design and consistency elevated
