- Excels at user research, design architecture, and prioritizing product roadmap
- Strong UI/UX skill with a passion for details and removing friction for users
- Loves the 0 to 1 phase, hustling, and tackling problems hands-on
- Data-driven, biased for simplicity; ships product fast and iterates
Things to do:
- Full stack design work ranging from user research, prioritization, high fidelity mockups, and fast iterations
- Partner with senior leaders to drive strategy and product roadmap
- Be involved in all aspects of the startup including business development, product management, marketing, etc
- Own and iteration on design system for the startup
