Rooster Teeth is looking for a Creative Associate to join the Rooster Teeth Animation Team to help organize existing brand assets and create new ones for internal & external use.

Responsbilities:

• Work alongside the Merchandise Manager and Creative Director to create new brand assets for our Animated properties
• Generate graphic design collateral and product layout for projects such as: logos, shirts, posters, books, packaging, guides and presentations
• Maintain existing asset library, create brand guides to supply to partners, as well as design new assets when necessary
• Will need to work closely with the team members to ensure on-brand design
• Receive constructive direction and translate feedback into design deliverables in order to meet creative goals and business needs
• Assist in the creation of new products for the merchandising team IE: plush designs, shaped ceramic mugs, pins and additional items when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years professional graphic design experience - licensed merchandise or product design preferred
• Entertainment industry experience or experience working with licensed entertainment properties
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong creative/design skills with attention to detail- including but not limited to: typography, color theory, layout, iconography and illustration
• Excellent organization and communication skills are a must
• Ability to independently manage an at-times heavy workload, prioritize projects and deliver on time
• Self-motivated and team player
• Bonus if you have experience with building brand guides and/or rendering 3D poses
• Portfolio required
