Position Description:

We are seeking a well-rounded Graphic Designer to join our Creative team as we evolve into the country's favorite western brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing digital and physical creative elements that we use to communicate our brand with customers.

An ideal candidate is a creative, computer savvy graphics expert. Whether you’re working on print or digital production assets, you’ll need to be meticulous and goal-oriented with a keen eye for small details while not losing sight of ‘big picture’ messages. You’ll need to quickly feel comfortable putting yourself into the boots of the Tecovas customer in order to craft thoughtful experiences across multiple brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing original pieces, including but not limited to: illustrations, marketing materials, digital advertisements, packaging, and infographics
• Maintaining and updating brand guidelines and mood boards
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail while assisting in efficient and effective creative asset execution
• Utilizing the team file structure and naming conventions so that design files can be easily located and updated on an ongoing basis
• Bringing new ideas to the table and staying up-to-date on design trends
• Thinking critically and problem-solving to tackle creative needs and business objectives

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of professional, full-time experience as a graphic designer
• BA degree in graphic design or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus (we like making videos)
• Ability to manage time wisely and be self-directed
• Positive attitude and openness to supervisor feedback on work products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be a self-motivated and flexible team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Experience with branding, packaging design, photography, and video are a plus
• Experience designing for eCommerce marketing is a plus

This role will report to the Creative Manager.
