Job Overview

SightCall is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will work with the marketing team to set the vision for the visual identity of our brand, as well as create innovative and compelling graphic design work to help tell the SightCall story.

As the Graphic Designer for SightCall, you must have a passion for innovative, creative and conceptual thinking. You must be able to understand SaaS technology, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence. You will develop our concepts, metrics and stories into interesting design solutions and infographics that tell compelling stories.

The right candidate for the job must be able to articulate every design decision (from color to image selection) with an understanding of the greater purpose from a business objective. We are looking for someone who is able to refine and enforce brand standards. The right candidate will also have a true interest in technology. Experience in video is not necessary, but it's a definite plus.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ownership of the SightCall Brand - contributing to our success through consistent, compelling, and beautiful design work that resonates with our target audience.
• Elevate the SightCall brand online through creation and curation of all graphic design elements associated with corporate website, landing pages, downloadable content, etc.
• Ensure consistency of brand and visual ID across public facing communication vehicles (whitepapers, case studies, PowerPoint, event booths, etc.)
• Collaborate with copywriters, campaign managers, and other marketing teammates to develop, test, and continuously improve design concepts.
• Lead creative projects while working closely with marketing, sales and product teams
• Lead and contribute in brainstorming for all brand aesthetic and conceptual ideation
• Design creative assets for all of the brands within the Company’s portfolio against creative briefs that may include designs for:
• Ads (print, digital, etc.)
• Booths for shows
• Sales materials
• Presentations
• Promotional items and beyond

Requirements:

• 5+ years graphic design experience (agency or client side) including work in the B2B technology space

• Proven experience creating design concepts based on written creative briefs and refining as you receive feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create design that is both beautiful and targets the appropriate audience.
• Highest levels of attention to detail on all projects.
• Highly proficient in best practice design of PowerPoint presentations, sales collateral, customer brochures, website/mobile, event booths, etc.
• Highly proficient within Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS, WordPress, etc.

• Has experience developing campaigns for social, digital, print, email, photography
• Has an eye for design and typography, including branding work, layout, photo-retouching and image manipulation

• Is an excellent communicator and is able to professionally verbalize design direction and justify design decisions 
• Has the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
• Is open to feedback and works collaboratively across the organization 
• Is passionate about the quality of his/her work and what he/she is doing and learning
• Has a passion for technology and believes in what we do
