Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer role at Kendra Scott will be a member of the Creative Services team within the Marketing department and report directly to the Art Direction Manager. Our ideal candidate is a passionate designer with a strong artistic and visual eye for design. They are a detail-oriented and highly organized individual accustomed to a fast-pace environment. This role is equal parts creative and production graphic designer, with a strong focus on execution and collateral creation. The Graphic Designer will have a multi-channel reach, designing assets for cross-functional teams such as PR, Wholesale, Retail, and Events. Good project management skills, an excellent communication style, and the ability to respond quickly to last minute changes, all while keeping our customer top of mind, are requirements for the position.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that Kendra Scott standards of design quality and creativity are reflected consistently in all collateral
• Create print and digital collateral that supports cross-functional teams such as: PR Press Pitches, Look-books, and Invites; Wholesale Line-lists, E-blasts, and Digital Graphics; Event Signage, Invites, Coupons, and Ads.
• Prep files for print and maintain printer communications
• See projects through from concept to completion
• Collaborate with fellow Creative Services team members on revenue driving and brand building initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer for a high-growth company, experience with a retail company is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and visual design principals
• Understanding of print production
• Enjoys an enthusiastic and team-oriented work style
• Self-motivated
• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery, manage multiple priorities and react to quick turnarounds based on evolving business needs
• A strong ability to build cross functional partnerships and work collaboratively
