We recently closed a Series A round to actively fill various internal departments from the ground up. As part of this expansion, we’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to join our Product Team.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Lead UI and UX initiatives within the company

• Create, maintain, and update brand and style guidelines for interface continuity and development of brand equity

• Find or create and deliver design principles, educating members of the design team, and extending to include Product Managers and Engineers on said principles and techniques, inclusive of research, design, and development.

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, from research and concept through launch

• Provide persuasive, user-centered insight into team deliverables based on data, best practices, and research, ensuring the customer experience is prioritized throughout the life of the project

• In conjunction with the Product Team’s action plans, create user story maps by defining key elements at each state that drive engagement and maintain intuitiveness

• Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for internal and external use

• Deliver development-ready designs and instructions to the engineering team

• Contribute to emerging design team processes and deliverables, including the development of user experience standards

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, vendors, business stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and other Agile team members

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Expertise in 

  • Adobe Creative Suite – Specifically AI & XD

  • UI and UX design theory and principles

  • Prototyping

  • Color theory and principles

  • Best practices for mobile and desktop

• A track record of creating design-led world-class customer experiences

• Experience collaborating with and inspiring engineering teams with a focus on accelerating development velocity

• Crystal clear communication skills, driving consensus across functions and teams
