It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our rapidly growing distributed team. This is the perfect role for a logical, systems problem solver; someone who enjoys envisioning how a product could evolve and scale over time, and who maximizes user-centered design principles and practices. A designer whose strengths and passions are fueled and complemented by teamwork, collaboration, learning, and new challenges will find success here!
What's cool about this job
It's the perfect time to join the team! Our company and product portfolio are rapidly growing as we expand how we help agencies that use WordPress. As part of this effort, we're working to solve core problems agencies and brands experience while building and managing eCommerce stores on WordPress.
The right candidate is a strong product designer that strives to make simple, effortless user experiences from complex systems. They are analytical, passionate about UX trends, and standard methodologies. They enjoy discovering reusable patterns and frameworks for a better, faster design process. They understand the importance of including others, sharing wins, and have developed techniques for effective collaboration and consensus-building across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners. These are new product teams, and so require a Product Designer comfortable owning outcomes and taking the reins as they push their teams to success.

  • Participate in and facilitate brainstorms, design reviews, and other collaboration sessions that help the team win together
  • Design thoughtful, meticulous end-to-end experiences that consider the happy path and where users are most likely to stray from it
  • Iterate from "version 1" to "version right" with rapid prototyping and usability tests
  • Delight Developers, Agencies, and business owners with beautiful, intuitive designs that make tasks quicker and easier
  • Recommend product improvements and pitch new product opportunities based on your observations and data measurements
  • Promote UX standardization by using and contributing to the Design Language System and other internal initiatives
  • Promote the value of design by sharing successes, things you've learned, etc.
