An Insider's view of Dealerware

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Work-life balance at Dealerware is awesome! Even as an entry-level engineer, I’ve been able to take advantage of the unlimited PTO policy to take a break whenever I need to. The culture here is relaxed and nobody pushes you to work outside regular hours except in extreme circumstances, like a bug that cannot wait until the next work day.

Dean Torkelson

Software Engineer II

What does your typical day look like?

It’s meeting and listening to our engineers to make sure they understand priorities and find out where more support is needed. I ask: ‘What do you need to help you wrap the issue?’ Throughout the day, I make myself the support system for our hands-on engineers to help alleviate problems. It’s a lot of listening and servant leadership.

Reginald
